1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the Bull Holder app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Subscriptions
Bull Holder offers auto-renewing annual subscriptions for individual modules and an All-Access plan. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
3. Not Financial Advice
Content in Bull Holder — including market insights, AI-generated responses and portfolio analyses prepared by our team — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access it by unauthorized means, reverse engineer it, or use it in violation of applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
The Bull Holder name, brand and app content are the property of Bull Holder and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bull Holder is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including investment losses.
7. Family Sharing
Bull Holder lets you share a pot of expenses, holdings and goals with family members you invite, using Apple iCloud. Every member of the pot — including whoever started it — can view, add, edit and delete the shared records. If you leave a pot, the shared records are removed from your device; the rest of the family keeps them. If the owner stops sharing, only the owner keeps the records — every other participant loses access to them. Subscriptions are shared separately, through Apple Family Sharing, and are independent of a data-sharing pot.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
